Team Training Days

Squat  -  Saturday 10am - 2pm
Deadlift - Tuesday 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Bench - Thursday  6:30pm - 9:30pm
Lt. Bench - Sunday 10:30am

*Every effort should be made to show up on time on these days.  As a general policy.  equipment will not be deloaded to accommodate a late member.
